We partner with a range of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. The Firm has vertically integrated operating platforms (through its "Storage Corner" and "SCG Industrial Parks" brands) and employs a hub-and-spoke approach to property management and portfolio creation, with investment, leasing, operations and property management professionals employed across California, Utah and Idaho.
