Storm

Storm started out in 2008. The most important stakeholders of Storm are TINC Comm.VA, PMF Infrastructure Fund NV, Clean Energy Invest CVBA, ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen NV and Black Swan NV. Neighbouring residents are invited to participate in the Storm wind farms through the activities of the co-op Storm CVBA. Storm CVBA currently has 2.868 co-op partners for the wind farms in Wachtebeke, Wielsbeke, Maasmechelen, Westerlo, Geel, Meer, Dilsen-Stokkem, Desselgem, Lokeren, Zandvliet, Minderhout, Melsele and Ghent harbour. The co-op invests the totality of the collected funds in the Storm wind farms. The estimated annual return on investment is between 4% and 6%.
