Stour Heath Projects Ltd is a Property and Construction Consultancy established by two construction professionals, from Main Contractor and Property Consultant backgrounds. With over forty years combined experience, Stour Heath Projects was formed to provide a first-class service to property developers, main contractors, investors and funders, who require a hands on, personal, and collaborative approach, in dealing with their developments and construction projects. Our ability to draw upon our experience to identify and manage risks enables informed decision making by our Clients throughout the duration of their projects. Whilst being a small consultancy, Stour Heath Projects is definitely not a “Boutique Practice”.
