Stour Karate was founded in 2013 by Sensei Owen Jones (3rd Dan) to teach the traditional style of Karate, Wado-Ryu.
With classes for all ages (6+) and abilities, Stour Karate prides itself on teaching the skills of a martial art in a friendly and safe environment, with the emphasis on respect, discipline and fun.
