In having a combined experience of over seventy-five years as owners’ representatives, engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers, STPCx knows the benefits of a quality commissioned project throughout design, construction, occupancy, maintenance, and life of the building. We are commissioning experts specializing in professional, retro-commissioning, and LEED enhanced commissioning. STPCx is based out of two offices in the Philadelphia area and has an expert staff with practical training who has worked on projects including critical BSL-3 biomedical laboratories, cyclotron building facilities, museums, teaching laboratories, classrooms buildings, and has an extensive expertise in HVAC, building automation, lighting, electrical, steam, cooling, and high performance sustainability systems. We have found that the each project is often unique and complex requiring diligence, knowledge, creativity, and a willingness to overcome challenges.
