We are a 2 branch independent veterinary practice located in the North East. We cover first opinion consultations and procedures and have a friendly, inclusive team of 3 vets, 2 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 1 VCA and 3 receptionists. Our main practice is located in Heaton, where we carry out the majority of work ups and surgeries, and our Tynemouth branch is predominantly used for consultations, with an operating theatre available for routine procedures. Looking after our staff is our priority, ensuring that workloads are adequately managed with recognition and reward of high performance. We are experienced and passionate about providing first-class care for pets with a mission to offer personalised and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient. We take pride in providing a warm and welcoming environment for owners and their pets and by fostering clear and open communication aim to empower pet owners to make well-informed decisions regarding their companions healthcare.
