Strada Care provides 24 hour Supported Living services across private houses in Surrey and Sutton for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health conditions and Acquired Brain Injuries. We also support physical disabilities, and many of our houses are wheelchair accessible.
Our team is led by a diverse and experienced management team, and each house team has a trained and experienced House Manager. We strongly focus on providing support, tailored around a person-centred care plan that identifies specific individual needs and abilities. We put emphasis of promoting independence and set positive outcomes for a more fulfilled life. We also extend the specialist care through innovative learning resources and development services/activities.
We currently provide services to clients funded by Surrey, Sutton, Croydon, Lambeth, Gloucester, Hillingdon and Southwark Social Services, and seeking new local authorities to work and commission with.
