The client companies I have worked with have been diverse in both size, culture, focus and location. To date I have provided consulting, coaching and training services to over 70 clients in 30 different industries and worked in seven countries in southern and east Africa, Europe and the MiddIe-East.
I have always been fascinated by the psychology of people. I studied applied psychology at University and much of my work over the last 30 years has revolved around people’s behavior; what causes us to act and react in the way they do, the effects of our behavior on others, what motivates performance, team dynamics, personal development and conflict management.
I believe that everybody is born with extraordinary creativity, capability and potential. For many however, these internal resources remain hidden and unknown, or have become blocked over time. My commitment is to enable people to recognise this potential that exists within them and provide them with the awareness, insights and skills required to achieve their goals - beyond what they thought they were capable of.
