Taking your padel club from zero to the max in the shortest time possible. Building player/membership communities from scratch, rolling out engaging marketing and pricing strategies based upon proven knowledge, recruitment and training of capable staff and coaches to deliver an exceptional service, establishing session timetables and setting up events that truely delight and encourage players at all grades. Always keen to ensure ladies and juniors receive the encouragement and support they deserve. To date I opened up four clubs in the south east for a high profile client. I have a keen eye for what works and what doesn't through real experience as well as being the 'go to' person for the entire customer base who where always giving feedback on every aspect. My role is delivering all the operational aspects upon receipt of keys and naturally this means working closely with the interior designer and construction team to gain the best outcome. The aim being that within 3-4 months the club is fully flying along and I pass over the reins to a suitable senior person who will ultimately become the club manager. I am keen to work with architects, investors and property owners who naturally want their money and propery to be working as hard as possible from day 1.
