Strategic Operations Consulting Since 2012, I've worked with senior management teams to multiply their strategic knowledge and operational effectiveness by translating what they know needs to happen into plans their teams can actually execute and accelerate into action. I work with three types of leaders: CEOs and Managing Directors who know something's not right and need that strategic nudge; Management Teams who know what needs to happen but can't get traction; and Portfolio Managers whose investments need an operational multiplier. I'm comfortable in the boardroom and confident with the numbers, but I never lose sight of where revenue really comes from: real customers, choosing your proposition over someone else's.
