Our methodology is different from those that most consulting firms use. We have no plan to force our standard set of “solutions” onto your already overburdened organization. That rarely works or can be sustained. Instead, we begin each project by creating a deep understanding of your business goals and the specific problems you need to solve. This allows us to work with you to create and implement your own company-specific solutions by focusing on the lean concepts, structured learning, and problem solving methods we teach. We will achieve our joint objective when you can sustain your own desired pace of improvement without us.
