Strategy HR and Talent is a coaching company that provides training and start up resources to the HR and Staffing industry. We are a dynamic organization that excels in consulting and training and we are accomplished in delivering results. Strategy HR and Talent was formed in response to demands for a more prepared, knowledgeable and cost effective supply base within MSP company programs. The company seeks to bridge the gap between staffing suppliers, MSP companies, and client partners in various industries. Our goal is to guide staffing suppliers through the often strenuous and confusing process of aligning their organization with MSP companies as approved vendors. We are aware that staffing suppliers are often expected to navigate through an MSP without guidance or resources to direct them. This can set a supplier up for failure before they even submit their first candidate. Strategy HR and Talent provides comprehensive training and resources to assist staffing suppliers with alignment to the right MSP company and program, understanding their responsibilities within the program, compliance, billing/invoicing and navigating the VMS technology. The focus is on preparing staffing suppliers for success within MSPs.
