The team at “Strategyk” come from a diverse background. In our professional life, we have worked in the area of Strategy, Innovation, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Education and Consultancy. Although we come from different backgrounds, we have a common belief system and approach to life. We are all knowledge and experience seekers. We are very hard working and have come up in life the difficult way. We love to travel, have fun and generally be happy in life. We are super positive people and try to spread that positivity around us. We believe in the power of family and friends. And yes… we very strongly believe in the power of good and that that of God. We have chosen to get into consultancy to add value to our partners NOT through the charisma of our existence BUT by processes that are person independent, repeatable and scalable over a period of time. We believe, practice and advocate scientific and well researched processes for Individual and Organizational development. Hence the name “Strategyk”. The planned outcome is generally better than the unplanned one !! We approach business related issues with clarity and people related issues with sensitivity. We intend to assist organizations with their Strategy for growth. We help in Institutionalizing a culture of Creativity and Innovation that is sustainable and yields tangible results. We can partner in setting up processes for enhancing Employee Creativity and initiatives for New Product Development. We help in Institutionalizing the entire Innovation Process: Idea Generation, Idea Evaluation, Formation of Transient Teams, Innocubation Projects, POCs to Commercialization We also conduct “Design Thinking” Workshops and “User Experience (UX)” studies. When it comes to people, we do not believe in Strengths and weaknesses…we acknowledge the fact that human beings and human behavior cannot be categorized in black and white… rather all of us are vulnerable and over a period of time we learn to deal with our vulnerabilities and sometimes embrace them and move forward !!
