Strath Eden Investments was founded in 1995. We are primarily a property development and investment company although we also have an investment in private equity through our holding in Absolute Containers. Although we have done various developments in the office and industrial sectors our core focus is development and ownership of properties in the lower LSM retail market.
We are geographically spread and own properties in various provinces including Limpopo, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, KZN and the Eastern Cape as well as in the United Kingdom through our wholly owned subsidiary Strath Eden Uk Limited.
We focus on our hands on approach to property management and value our close relationships with our tenants many of them amongst the biggest national brands. They include
Shoprite, Spar, Boxer, Massmart, Jwayelani, Roots, The Pepkor Group, The Foschini Group, The Mr Price Group, The Lewis Group, Westpack, Retailability, Avis, Sappi, Bride and Co, Safari and Outdoor, KFC, Vespa, Capitec, Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank, Famous Brands and Matrix.
