El grupo gastrovínico STRATOMILLE, fundado en 2013, nace con el objetivo de transmitir la filosofía gastronómica de la familia Spoladore, a partir del éxito de su primer restaurante fundado en 2008, y tomando como punto de inicio la zona de España con mayor influencia de la cultura mediterránea: La Costa del Sol.
Diversidad gastronómica, materia prima de calidad y cocina innovadora basada en la tradición culinaria italiana, son los pilares principales que sustentan el éxito del grupo, que ha ido crecido exponencialmente durante los últimos años.
En 2015 obtuvo, además, la exclusiva en la distribución a nivel nacional de la bodega privada más importante de Italia, Astoria Wines.
Actualmente, el grupo posee las marcas de Yucas Mare, alta gastronomía mediterránea junto al mar; Mar de Copas, un beach bar donde el verano es eterno; La Pala d’Oro, mítico restaurante lleno de amor por la cocina tradicional italiana ubicado en Málaga y Benalmádena pueblo, y La Pala Now, cocina italiana de alta calidad.
The gastro-wine group STRATOMILLE, founded in 2013, was born with the aim of transmitting the gastronomic philosophy of the Spoladore family, from the success of its first restaurant founded in 2008, and taking as a starting point the area of Spain with the greatest influence of the Mediterranean culture: the Costa del Sol.
