We also advise lean L&D and HR/People teams at high-growth companies on defining a learning and talent development strategy connected to key business priorities and outcomes. Team and Organization Development We coach leadership teams to develop an understanding of the dynamics that are hindering them and amplify those that will make them more effective. We also partner with exec teams and HR leaders to make concrete culture shifts that support the thriving of their people and their business. Stratos Growth is led by Ian Stuart.
