Stream was established in 1989 as one of the subsiders of Salam International Investment Limited. In 33 years, Stream used to provide its services in MEP field to serve all scales of construction projects; large, medium and small. Our services comprise following MEP sectors: A. Infrastructure Works including but not limited to: 1. HV Works (11KV), 2. Street Lighting, 3. Tunnel and Underpass Lighting Systems, 4. Tunnel Ventilation Systems, 5. Utility Networks including Power Distribution, Potable Water, Chilled Water, Fire Fighting, Power, Sewage and Storm Water, 6. Electrical Substations, 7. Telecommunication Networks, 8. SCADA, PLC and all types of Control Systems. B. MEP Building Services including but not limited to: MEP Installations for all types of buildings including Commercial Buildings, Residential Buildings, Hospitality Facilities, Medical Care Facilities, Entertainment Facilities and Industrial Facilities.
