Street UK Foundation was launched in September 2000 with the aim of providing support to financially excluded individuals with tailored financial services, offering a secure pathway out of debt and cash economy dependency. As a registered charity, Street UK Foundation has 3 Subsidiaries that act as its trading arms to deliver its mission. Street (UK) C.I.C has been providing access to affordable credit since 2001. Our range of products is designed to serve our customers with fair and affordable alternatives to high-cost commercial lenders operating in the sub-prime market. Customers can access services via a dedicated retail branch network based in the West Midlands or via an online lending platform (trading as Track Loans). Our retail branches are located in Birmingham, Walsall, Northfield, Wolverhampton and West Bromwich Street (UK) Services Limited was launched in 2003 to support the alternative finance sector and with back-office loan administration services together with a loan portfolio system developed in-house. Street (UK) Homes Limited was launched in 2007 following the passing of the Regulatory Reform Acts which enabled Local Authorities to make loans available for low-income homeowners who were unable to access mainstream credit sources, to fund the repair of their properties.
