Shaun's a husband, father of four and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt with Gracie Barra on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia. He's a financial adviser by profession and trains jiu jitsu for his enjoyment.

He knows this first hand.
