For ongoing support, we offer a tailored 12-month lunchtime wellbeing programme. The programmes are based on the Stress Matters workplace wellbeing model, which covers four pillars; Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual health. This gives companies a well-rounded programme that minimises effort from your side and maximises impact in terms of changing culture.
Stress Matters provides official MHFA England and Wales training offering both public and in-house courses for subsidised rates.
