Created by Tim Trahant, LAc, PT CSCS, STRETCH ZEN blends the best of both Eastern and Western Medicine. Over 25+ years of clinical practice led to the development of STRETCH ZEN. This holistic blend ensures the safest, most efficient way to maintain balance physically, mentally and emotionally. Trained flexologists will combine manual therapy, stretching, and acupressure to safely mobilize, loosen muscles, and help the body heal and recover from exercise and/or stagnation. Tim will also continue to practice acupuncture and physical therapy for his clients.
