StretchLab is a unique and personalized one-on-one assisted stretch membership program designed for individuals of all ages, body types, and activity levels. While we certainly can customize stretch routines to those who are invested into improving sports performance, others are looking to decrease joint pain, & we also have customers who simply want a great stretch in the effort to maintain mobility and feel the energy from an improved quality of life. No matter what brings you into StretchLab – the benefits of a professional assisted stretching routine are tremendous and should be considered by everyone who values longevity and a full quality of life. One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in your body and customizing a stretch routine that is just for you. Prior to joining StretchLab, .each of our Flexologist team members complete the first Nationally Accredited program from ICE (Institute for Credentialing Excellence). The Flexologist Training Program consists of 70+ hours of knowledge tests as well as hands-on training. The curriculum includes a comprehensive study of the muscular system, a variety of assisted stretches, & candidates refine their stretching technique in a group setting by working with a variety of clients of all ages and body types.
