Prior to joining StretchLab, .each of our Flexologist team members complete the first Nationally Accredited program from ICE (Institute for Credentialing Excellence). The Flexologist Training Program consists of 70+ hours of knowledge tests as well as hands-on training. The curriculum includes a comprehensive study of the muscular system, a variety of assisted stretches, & candidates refine their stretching technique in a group setting by working with a variety of clients of all ages and body types.
