Stride Performance is a movement and fitness assessment service provider offering individualized fitness testing and movement analysis services Our main initiative is to provide schools, parents and students with a simplified report to assess their joint and muscular strength, power, posture and imbalances for students ages 10+ Through advanced technology (VALD SYSTEMS) and in depth data assessments, we are able to evaluate accurately and use objective data to elevate fitness and performance of students
