Stripey Real Estate Development is a U.S.-based developer with a track record of outstanding success dating back to 2004. Currently, we are actively in Miami, Bay Harbor Islands, and Miami Beach in South Florida, and Norwich, New Haven, and Hamden in eastern Connecticut. We have also developed projects in the prestigious areas of Punta del Este and Montevideo in Uruguay, and Asunción in Paraguay. Our vision is to create the greatest possible growth in asset value over the short-term, while doing due diligence to provide its long-term sustainability. This vision is – and has been – accomplished using a strategy of smart development in densely populated urban centers where demand is beginning to exceed product availability. Our ability to predict and meet trending demand provided our worldwide investors with significant equity growth. Our team developed 40 buildings and houses totaling more than 1500 units in affluent cities within Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and the United States.
