Our Story Strive Advisory is an independent and fully employee-owned advisory. Strive Advisory was formerly named Novare Compensation, founded by Novare Human Capital in 2007. We are today a recognised advisory firm and also a frequent speaker on academic training sessions and seminars in our field.
