WHO WE ARE
The Stroke Brno Research Cluster idea has first been presented in 2015. Open and successful, several years lasting cooperation of four important research institutions in Brno created a perspective baseline for research cluster platform. Connection of top scientists in hospital and academia was then strengthened also in the biotechnological industrial sector. Promising cooperation, sharing the knowledge and expertise between Stroke Brno Research Cluster members gives room, motivation and opportunities to researchers and enthusiastic students who valuably contribute to our research.

We focus on continuous interdisciplinary research of new ways for diagnosis and treatment of stroke.
MISION
We are bringing together experts from different fields for joint translational research in stroke.
VISION
Our vision is to help stroke patients by building up efficient scientific network in order to accelerate the development of innovative treatments.

-Interdisciplinary cooperation of experts from research institutions, university hospital – all working in the stroke field from the Czech Republic and abroad

OUR MEMBERS
The cooperation between all members of stroke research program connects expertize, capacities and technologies of all involved institutions. The academic laboratories are responsible for parts of the projects dealing with applied research, while the clinical team oversees parts dedicated to the translational medicine.
