Stroke Comeback Center is a community of survivors of stroke and other brain trauma committed to living successful and productive lives. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers support along the slow road to better. Our members, our professionals, our volunteers, and our families know that recovery continues forever. We are the only organization of our kind in the greater Washington, DC area.
We offer comprehensive programs to support communication, cognitive and physical changes after stroke from our centers in Vienna, Virginia and Rockville, Maryland. Our Virtual Stroke Comeback Center supports survivors throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
We recognize that stroke impacts the entire family. Being a part of our community means access to our Caring Connection family and care partner group, educational opportunities, and social events.
Thanks to generous donor support, we are able to keep our programs affordable for all survivors and no survivor has ever been turned away for inability to pay.
