With over 75 years of combined experience designing and building liquid injection molds, we can hold most dimensions in hardened steel within ±0.0001”. Our hard milling is accomplished by our in-house experts using CAM TOOL and MasterCAM on our Makino V33 equipped with 30,000 rpm spindle and full flood temperature controlled oil.
