Strongmas Residences was borne out of the idea of making exotic homes. We believe is unvaryingly to quality and customer satisfaction. Over the years we have built homes in Magodo Phase 2, Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island, Ikota GRA and their environs. At inception, Strongmas Residence was in partnership with several Estate Developing companies to deliver homes. There were a lot of contractual disagreements that bothered on quality from the partners that made us to go into full scale development. We are proud of the legacy we have crafted within the home building industry with projects like Avoins Court 1, Avions Court 2, Kesbel Court, The Omini, Elysian Rise and so much more delivering over 70 luxurious apartments. Quality is the center of what we do, we place everything we do on quality. It must be top notch or nothing.
