StrongMinds America (SMA) is working to close the mental health treatment gap for youth and women in under-resourced communities. Our mission is to promote the mental health and emotional wellbeing of youth and women through advocacy, education, and intervention. SMA partners with high schools, colleges, community-based organizations, social clubs and civic groups to provide pschoeducation and efficacy-based group counseling for depression and anxiety.
