StrongRoots, founded with an intention to train, coach, and mentor individuals and empower their knowledge. StrongRoots believes that Hard Skills will take an individual to the door of opportunities, but soft skills is the key to unlock that door of opportunities and head towards success. Having 16 years in the training and mentoring world, we have made our Roots Strong enough to ensure each individual discovers the spark in them and ignites the flame of success. Eklavya being our inspiration, we do not believe in old school training; we believe Empowering Knowledge needs no place, has no expiry date, and is an ever-green process, once you master a skill there is another skill to be polished. Every individual is born with weakness and strengths, we help them strengthen their weakness and polish their strengths, making their Roots Strong. StrongRoots, does not believe in empowering knowledge of privileged only, we have mentored maids and people from the slums. Ensuring that they understand the basics of self-development. StrongRoots are strong enough to nourish the skills of an individual, we may not produce Kadupul Flowers, we may not groom one to be the Blue Puya Flower, nor give out Freesia Flowers. StrongRoots believes in bringing out the Lotus from the muddy pond.
