Structural Systems (UK) Ltd was formed in the UK in 2001, initially offering full in–house design & installation service for post-tensioning systems to flat slab construction for high rise structures, transfer beams/slabs, bridges, tanks and silos.
Soon after, Structural Systems (UK) Ltd included in the offering structural maintenance & remediation services, including concrete repair & refurbishment, structural strengthening using CFRP, waterproofing, specialist coatings and corrosion control systems in the building, civil and marine sectors. And finally expanded the portfolio of services to include a suite of structure jacking / lifting / lowering / sliding technology including the design of temporary works by our wholly owned subsidiary Hevilifts Ltd.
The company’s design team is led by Chartered engineers, with a wealth of experience in the design of post-tensioned solutions for both building and civil markets, and the construction / installation division is led by experienced Project Managers using directly employed site operatives, many of whom have been with the business for over 10 years. We have provided our services to clients all over the UK and Ireland, and in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean.
Structural Systems (UK) Ltd holds both the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008 Quality accreditation and ISO 18001:2007 Health & Safety accreditation standards, and ensures that the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the lifetime of all our projects.
