Structural Panels Australia (SPA) is an Australian owned company, manufacturing a complete range of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). Our customised services are distinguished by constant development of new products and an ongoing commitment to design and manufacturing advances to best industry practice. Structural Panels consist of external skins of Oriented Strand Board (OSB) or similar. SIPS panels can be used for walls, roof and flooring. We have the unique ability to produce the entire range of panels in a variety of core material. The standard core is self-extinguishing grade expanded polystyrene, however we are able to produce high density polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam cores as a variation. Our integrated manufacturing facility is based in the Melbourne suburb of Bayswater; from which we distribute to all Australian states and Territories, and overseas. We have a team of highly committed and experienced staff, which continues to enhance our company’s success. The services that we provide to our customers, including but not limited to are: technical and sales support, drafting, logistics, problem solving, and quality controlled manufacturing.
