Structure Midwest

As general contractor, we are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a construction site, the management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. As Construction Manager we work along side an owner in a capacity that allows them to be involved in budgeting, designing, and estimating a project from the early concept phase. Once building permits are issued we often times do the purchasing and writing of the subcontract agreements and may even hire a General Contractor to execute the work. During construction we will act as the Owner’s Representative onsite. As a design builder Structure Midwest will be a single source of responsibility from beginning to end. Once a concept and budget is established we will hire the architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, and trade partners necessary to bring your project to life.
