Structured Care provides personal care to people as part of the support that they need to live in their own homes, they receive care and support to promote their independence. Our clients make their own choices and decisions but with the knowledge, help is there should they require it. Care and Support can be continuous or periodic but is always tailored to meet the supported person's individual needs.
The level of assistance is agreed from the outset with each individual meaning no one client will be receiving exactly the same type of support.
Both care and accommodation can be paid for privately where people have the means to do so. Where they do not, people can apply for benefits which could fund housing and support costs as well as could fund personal care through care management.
Domiciliary Care
We deliver Care to people living in their own homes and who are entirely independent of the care arrangements, which remain at all times a visiting arrangement. Our care services are tailored to suit your individual needs. We always ensure a close relationship is formed between you, our client and carer. Our carers take their time with each client and ensure the client is happy at all times.
Our Carers can carry out the following:
Personal Care including Washing/Bathing/Showering/Dental Hygiene/Dressing
Medication Assistance & Administration
Household tasks including Light Domestic & Laundry, Cooking/Preparing meals
Shopping/Companionship/Outings/Holidays
Waking Nights
Help with getting up and going to bed
Sitting Services & Respite Care
Accompanying clients to Hospital/Doctors’ visits
