It would be easy to craft a statement of purpose that starts and ends with buzz words, industry terms and clever analogies to describe how we’re different and better than our competition; but the easy way is not our way. Structured was born and has lived several iterations through an evolution that has never been content to take the path of least resistance. With each stage it formed thicker skin and a stronger resilience. Structured is a machine whose combined parts push forward through any condition, without hesitance. Those that call it home and who thrive within its environment, are those who become stronger when the situation dictates. None of us are perfect, but there’s no need to believe we should be. To talk about perfection as it’s a foregone conclusion is to forget that not everyone is at their best at all times. Everyone is imperfect but together we are stronger.
