Strumenti.com enables patron-investors to purchase shares of fine stringed instruments (violins, violas and cellos) — with the assurance that the instruments will be performed by promising musicians and not tucked away in a private collection or museum. We provide a first-of-its-kind online platform for investors to purchase fractional interests in special purpose companies that each procure an instrument to lend to an artist. Focusing on supporting artists who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford such instruments, we support inclusion and diversity in orchestral music. By making patrons literally “invested” in artists’ success, we aim to spark a rebirth in popularity of string music.
