STS Manufacturing is a specialist manufacturer of thermal, acoustic and metal parts for the automotive and other industries, based in Lancaster, United Kingdom. Taking raw materials such as E-glass, Stainless Steel Fibre and Gas Turbine Basalt Fibre, STS treats, processes and packages these fibres into bespoke products for high temperature applications such as vehicle exhaust mufflers. Since 2009 STS has been supplying high quality pressed metal parts and welded assemblies, manufactured in-house, to both OEM and aftermarket automotive industries. A skilled and experienced workforce is headed by a team who between them have 100 years experience in mineral fibre products for high temperature and acoustic applications. A blue chip customer base includes Owens Corning, Tenneco, UPA Eberspacher, Cullum Detuners and Cummins Emission Solutions. STS also produces for smaller specialist component suppliers and exports worldwide. STS supplies bulk raw materials, or can package these materials into composite products of almost any shape or form to desired specifications.
