Scoot Staff Union

Scoot Staff Union (STSU) is a dedicated internal union representing over 90% of Scoot employees across Ground, Cabin Crew, and Flight Crew operations. As one of 58 trade unions officially affiliated with the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), STSU plays a vital role in advancing workers' rights and fostering positive industrial relations in Singapore's aviation sector. Our mission is to protect workers' rights through collective bargaining, ensure career advancement through training initiatives, and promote better welfare for all members. We focus on enhancing career progression frameworks and maintaining strong labor-management relations. Through our partnership with Scoot and commitment to our members' interests, STSU continues to create a better workplace while contributing to the growth and success of Singapore's aviation industry.
