Student Association for Slavic Studies

The Student Association for Slavic Studies (SASS) was created with the purpose of bringing together students of Slavic heritage and those interested in Slavic languages and cultures. Recognizing the large community of such students, our club aims to celebrate Slavic values and traditions, while providing an educational experience. We vow to uphold an inclusive and tolerant environment, understanding the diverse cultures that constitute greater Slavic backgrounds. We will facilitate unique opportunities of lively discussion, shared traditional meals, group trips to museums, festivals, performances, etc., and occasional guest lectures.Together, we will be a group of dedicated and passionate undergraduate students holding a shared appreciation for Slavic customs.
