The Student Representatives (SR) are the voice of the Faculty’s students. As a legal body of FASoS, they work together with the staff to improve the study programmes. The main work consists of committee meetings in which they represent students’ opinions about issues like timetable coordination, the quality and compatibility level of examination, the Problem Based Learning, assessment feedback, or the performance of tutors or lecturers. Moreover, the Student Representatives meet weekly to work on other projects such as the Faculty roundtable, Faculty drinks or the Mentor programme with which they try to improve the quality of student life at the Faculty in fields like education, integration, and internationalisation.
Student Representatives are organised into subject-related groups:
· Programme Committee of European Studies and Programme Committee of Arts & Culture
· Programme Committees of Master Programmes
· Education Management Team (OMT)
· Library Committee
· Complaints Committee
· A student advisor to the Faculty Board
· Faculty Council (elected by the students)
