Student Catalyst Gateway (SCG) is a purpose-driven, tech-powered platform reimagining how students transition from education to employment. We’re building something bold, with a team of ridiculously smart, values-led, cool, and slightly rebellious minds who believe students deserve more than generic career advice. They deserve a launchpad. Our core audience includes domestic and international post-secondary students, particularly those from equity-deserving backgrounds, including Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis), racialized, 2SLGBTQIA+, low-income, newcomer, and students with disabilities, who face compounded barriers to employment, financial independence, and settlement success. SCG was created in direct response to what these students need: personalized, culturally relevant, and affordable support that meets them where they are. We blend AI-powered tools with human-centred coaching to deliver scalable, equity-informed solutions, including FutureProof eModules, financial literacy education, and immigration support that make sense in the real world. From reading a pay stub or filing taxes to negotiating their first job offer or securing permanent residency, we help students move forward with clarity, confidence, and community. This isn’t just a career platform. It’s a movement. A space where students feel seen, where innovation is personal, and where the mission matters as much as the tech.
