It all started, back in the year 2014, on the night of Convocation day when 4 batchmates with their "Graduation degree" were in a dilemma as what to do next? So, they started browsing the web and exploring the ocean of opportunities available for their career ladder. Just when they were clear about future aspirations, this idea stuck in the mind of one of them that," as we were having career-related confusions, but there was nobody to guide/mentor us, similarly, there are many students who do not get the required career exposure in the absence of proper career guidance". This convinced the other three friends also and together they four formed "Studentstars". In the academic session 2015-16, Studentstars organised the largest career fair of Eastern India in more than 10 major cities of this region by facilitating 50+ some of the best higher educational institutions of the country. This is how the journey of Studentstars started. We then shifted our focus towards providing and facilitating employment opportunities to serve as a Human Resource Recruiter-cum-Consultant by bridging the gap between the employment-related requirement of the demographic dividend in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities' category with that of the economic opportunities in Metropolitans, Cosmopolitans and Capital cities. By the year 2018, we have: - Signed 200+ MOUs with India's reputed colleges and universities. - Tied up with more than 147 companies of various domains (like: IT, Manufacturing, Construction, Pharma, Network marketing - Provided employment opportunities to more than 4500 candidates.
