Studio 11 Chicago

Studio 11 in Chicago is a well-known recording studio, particularly celebrated for its focus on urban music genres such as rap, hip hop, R&B, rock, EDM, and jazz. Established by Dan Scalpone and Alex Gross, who were sound engineering students at the time, Studio 11 was designed to be a sonically excellent studio that doesn't resemble a sterile corporate office. Over the years, it has changed locations multiple times but ultimately settled at 345 N Loomis in the west loop of Chicago. This studio has a significant presence in the Chicago music community, actively participating and contributing to the local music scene and beyond.
