Studio 23 is a 3500 square foot film production and sound stage located conveniently to the city in South San Francisco. Still photography, TV Shows, Commercials, and Feature Films are produced here. The space is available per rent on a daily or monthly basis. The space is environmentally friendly, featuring PH balanced filtered water and a stringent recycling program. The building was designed and soundproofed using recycled materials and innovative design. In addition to the stage, the studio features the following: -Full Kitchen with Gas Stove and Dishwasher - Hair & Makeup Room with Steamer & Wardrobe Rack - 2 Bathrooms - Greenroom - Editing Suite - Small Conference Room - Producer's Office with Multiple Workstations
