Studio Bom was founded by Director Song Hyun-wook in 2022, with the intent of more efficiently connecting steps of the production and development process and putting into practice the insights he and other industry directors, producers and writers have observed over years in the business.
Currently, Studio Bom has over 20 affiliated creatives, 14 projects in development, a development team, production team and in-house art direction team.
Studio Bom's art direction team has been responsible for 2024's "Motel California," and forthcoming KBS drama "Eunsoo Good Day" and forthcoming SBS drama "Would You Marry Me."
The production team has joint production credits on three dramas to be released in 2025 and 2026.
The development team is headed by veterans from studios like Yong Film and Celltrion Entertainment and is guided by industry veterans that have served as directors and leaders at KBS for years.
