Studio Finna is a Nordic design agency operating on a wide range of projects from conceptual and spatial design to furniture and product design. The company is collaborating with both international and Finnish clients such as Bolia, Artek, Hakola, Ferm Living and Ikea of Sweden. Studio Finna is established 2014 by the dynamic duo, Hanna-Kaarina Heikkilä and Anni Pitkäjärvi.
The aim of the studio is to work on variable design projects and to be challenged to use the design knowledge in opening new opportunities. In the projects, artistic vision is combined with functionality and desirability. Studio Finna’s work has been exhibited globally for example in Italy, The United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Mexico.
Their works have piqued interest both in domestic and international magazines and blogs. The press coverage includes appearances in Wallpaper, Icon Magazine, Domus, Fiera, Elle, Wohn and Vogue. The heart of the studio is in Helsinki, Finland. Currently, Studio Finna has also a side office in Brussels, Belgium.
