Studio Gallery works with a dynamic and relevant collective of artists from emerging through to advanced career stages. Our Galleries are built on solid egalitarian, ethical principles with dynamic solo and group exhibitions, engaging artist talks, installations and events. Studio Gallery has one of Australia’s largest commercially available collections of contemporary art held across four expansive gallery locations in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. We understand the role a gallery plays, providing a place to connect with something precious, the theatre of the soul - Art. Our role is to provide a relevant national and global platform for our talented artist stable via stunning physical and digital gallery spaces whilst holding to our social and environmental policies. Studio Gallery defines an art space to be inclusive, aspirational, hungry for the unfamiliar, embracing of change, ever progressive. We live through art and experience, our name looks to quite simply pay homage to nothing other than the very place art originates from – Studio. Studio Gallery offers four locations across Australia. A gallery in the heart of Armadale VIC, a large converted warehouse in Cheltenham VIC, an expansive double floor gallery in Waterloo NSW, and our newly unveiled gallery in Brisbane within the hum of the James Street precinct. Our online catalogue conveniently provides access to this expansive collection, representing the work of over 130 Australian, Aboriginal and International artists.
