A large proportion of our clients are either based in a foreign jurisdiction (and investing in or in respect of their business and activities in Italy) or doing business internationally. The synergies we derive from these areas of practice together with our structure as a boutique firm, enable our practitioners to remain accessible to our clients and offer timely, dedicated and efficient personalised legal services. Our team has been educated and trained in Italy and abroad, and we are fluent in Italian, English and French. Through our consolidated network of international contacts resulting from the active involvement in leading international lawyers’ associations (UIA, AIJA), and the firm being a member of IPG – International Practice Group (IPG), we have built over the years strong and trusted connections with lawyers, accountants and tax advisers in other European countries and worldwide that allows us to manage cross-border matters effectively.
