Studio Muse

Based in New Zealand, Studio Muse is dedicated to the creation of conscious and thoughtful design. Founded by Matisse Whittfield, the studio works within the domains of interior architecture — both commercial and residential — as well as styling and creative direction. The essence of our work is a holistic and collaborative process from ideation through to realisation, guiding towards the concept of balance. A balance between form and function, order and openness, without the interference of trends or technology noise. With each design, we place an importance on aesthetic simplicity and human experience, guided by the client or brand, to ensure a high-quality outcome that provides both longevity and attention to detail — a design that may seem simple but executes a deeper remedy.
